The Group Management Board has final responsibility for the entire company.

Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board is responsible for supervising the Group Management Board.

Conflicts of interest/transactions with associated parties
The Supervisory Board is responsible for resolving any conflicts of interest between members of the Group Management Board, members of the Supervisory Board and the external auditor on the one hand and the company on the other.

External auditor
The external auditor is appointed by the annual general meeting. The Supervisory Board is directly responsible for supervising the work of the external auditor.

Regulations
Strukton has several sets of regulations regarding the performance of the various bodies and the rules applicable within Strukton. The regulations are reviewed from time to time and amended where necessary.
