Reporting structure
The reporting structure within Strukton agrees with the management structure in place at the individual business units. Responsibility for implementing and ensuring the effectiveness of controls lies with the Group Management Board. The success of the controls is measured by means of self-assessment by the managers of the business units and by regular assessment of the adequacy of the internal control system.
