This is the risk that operational activities result in accidents, material damage or loss of reputation or that they are not executed in accordance with health and safety regulations. All employees have access to the QHSE systems (quality, health and safety, and the environment). These systems are regularly evaluated by external accredited bodies with certifying powers.
Prevention
Prevention is given the highest priority within Strukton. The safety policy also pays attention to human behaviour as a risk factor (awareness). It seeks to keep this risk to a minimum through the careful preparation of operations, analyses of near accidents and toolbox meetings.
