UTRECHT, 10 November 2008 – With effect from today, Mr G.J. Vos is appointed Chairman of the Board at the Strukton Bouw & Vastgoed operating company. He succeeds Mr H.T.P.M Janssen, who, in consultation with the Group Management Board, has decided to withdraw from this position after three years of service. He will be leaving Strukton to pursue his career elsewhere.

Mr Vos (1951) joined Strukton in 1995. Over the past ten years he has held various executive positions within the Strukton Rail operating company. He previously worked in the utility construction industry, first at BBM (Bredase Beton- en aanneming Maatschappij) and then J.P. van Eesteren Barendrecht.
