UTRECHT, 5 December 2007 – Effective 1 January 2008, Hans Moll (51) will be appointed Director of T&E Consult. T&E Consult is Strukton’s civil and architectural engineering agency, which forms part of Strukton Civiel’s core business.

Mr Moll has held various positions within the Rotterdam Municipal Public Works Department’s Civil Engineering office, and served most recently as head of its Port & Transport Marketing Group.

Hans Moll will replace Mr Harry van Splunder, who is retiring but will continue to operate as an independent construction intermediary.

T&E Consult provides the tendering concept and detailed engineering specifications for the implementation design of Design & Construct projects. It also provides consultancy services in the area of risk management, systems engineering and sustainable construction. T&E Consult plays an initiatory and supporting role in knowledge & innovation development at Strukton.
