UTRECHT, 18 September 2007 – Strukton today launched its completely revamped corporate website www.strukton.com. This marks the next step in Strukton’s repositioning from ‘builder’ to ‘full-service provider’.

Strukton initiated its repositioning campaign at the start of 2007: Strukton is transforming from a builder into a full-service provider for infrastructure and accommodation solutions. The repositioning transition ties in with current market developments characterised by an increasing demand for comprehensive solutions. The horizon will be expanded from the realisation of construction work to the entire lifecycle of a project – encompassing design, financing, construction and maintenance for a 30-year period.

Repositioning is being shaped within the operating units of Strukton on the basis of an internal management programme. This new approach is expressed both in the nature of the work and in the corporate culture. Strukton’s new image can also be seen in internal and external communication resources. For example, Strukton’s Annual Review and Annual Report for 2006 were published in the first quarter of this year in the modernised Strukton style, followed by the internal magazine Voorop, which replaced the old Samen Bouwen staff magazine. In line with this, the website now also boasts new content and a new look and feel.

The site was developed in cooperation with Virtual Affairs and is based on the 2007 Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server. The development phase took account of the site’s degree of user-friendliness and its look and feel, as well as developments in the future – especially in the area of sharing and exchanging information.

Operating company Strukton Bouw & Vastgoed also launched its new site yesterday, while earlier this year the new sites of Strukton Railinfra and Strukton Worksphere went live. The new sites of Strukton Integrale Projecten and Strukton Civiel will follow within weeks.

All the Strukton sites can be accessed via the www.strukton.com homepage.
