UTRECHT, 7 May 2007 - With effect from May 1, N.J. (Niek) van der Moolen (45) was appointed Managing Director of Strukton Bouw & Vastgoed BV.
Strukton Bouw & Vastgoed is developing swiftly from a traditional construction company into an innovative player in today’s dynamic market, pursuing an integral approach in terms of the construction chain from development and realisation to maintenance and management. The company’s strong focus on its customers and end users enable it to produce value-added solutions. Amongst other things, Strukton Bouw & Vastgoed plays a leading role in realising the first two building-linked PPP concession projects in the Netherlands: the ‘Montaigne College’ and the renovation of the Ministry of Finance, both in The Hague.
By appointing Mr Van der Moolen to this position, the organisation has taken another step forward in realising its ambitions. Van der Moolen originates from BAM Utiliteitsbouw BV, where he occupied the position of director of BAM Advies & Engineering. The management board of Strukton Bouw & Vastgoed BV now consists of Mr Henk Janssen (Chairman) and Mr Niek van der Moolen. Strukton Bouw & Vastgoed BV forms part of Strukton Groep NV.
