UTRECHT, 28 January 2009 – With effect from 1 February 2009, Strukton appoints Rob Kalma as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Strukton Groep NV.

In this capacity, Mr Kalma will bear responsibility for the group’s legal affairs, ICT, reporting & control and financing portfolios. Mr Kalma (44) joined Strukton Worksphere at the start of 2003 as the operating company’s CFO.
 
Geert Hoek will succeed him as CFO of Strukton Worksphere effective 1 February 2009. Mr Hoek (38) joined Strukton Worksphere in 2001 and most recently occupied the position of Manager Shared Service Centre.
