UTRECHT, 13 November 2008 – Effective 17 November 2008, Strukton has appointed Durk ten Wolde (64) as interim chairman of the board.

Mr Ten Wolde previously held executive positions at companies including Lummus, Shell and Westinghouse. Since 2002, he has been engaged by Boer & Croon Executive Managers as an interim manager on various assignments. He will be working for Strukton through Boer & Croon and his appointment is on a temporary basis.
