Before actually starting the construction work on a project, the construction site has to be organized to make available the appropriate installations, fully equipped accommodation for the construction management and staff and the necessary equipment. The above is one of Strukton Materieel's tasks. The support is aimed specifically at the companies within the Strukton Groep, and is provided in the most customer-oriented and efficient way possible.
Package of services and goods
Strukton Materieel takes responsibility for laying out the construction site, leases equipment such as formwork, scaffolding and units, and supplies a range of auxiliary materials. For example, Strukton Materieel supplied Strukton Bouwprojekten with equipment and services for constructing the South Tower in Hoofddorp. The goods and passenger lift that was used was modified in collaboration with the supplier to suit the angle of the reclining pylons.
Back to basics
Although Strukton Equipment's customer file once included third parties, since 2001 we have been moving our focus solely onto the Strukton Groep's internal operating companies. Our intention is to provide these companies with the best possible tailored support and services. We take every opportunity to improve this supporting task as an ongoing process.

In connection with the package of services, we have analyzed the opportunities for risk limitation, and we have subjected the way the primary business process operates to intense scrutiny. In addition, we have investigated the added value of ICT support, such as an equipment recognition system.
Mission
Strukton Materieel operates specifically for the benefit of the Strukton companies, which is manifest in Strukton Materieel's mission: ‘to supply construction site infrastructure tailored to the Strukton customer, with well trained personnel, knowledge of construction processes, attention to innovation and technological developments and to acquire advanced equipment, with the objective of achieving the best possible full absorption cost for the projects undertaken by the Strukton Groep operating companies'.
