Strukton’s CSR policy is essentially very simple: we want to achieve good results, but not at the expense of our people or the surroundings. Our CSR policy therefore extends further than the climate and sustainability alone. It also clearly embraces our people and our role as a caring employer.

And it relates to what we expect of our people, meaning that everyone, in reaching decisions carrying out their day-to-day project-related tasks, tries to find the right balance between customer and end-user requirements, the surrounding interests and their own interests (welfare, balance between private and professional life, personal ambition).
 
We have elaborated our CSR policy into concrete programmes. Each of these contributes towards making sure that everyone automatically assumes corporate social responsibility in carrying out their daily tasks.
