Safety
Strukton pursues a preventative health and safety policy and pays a great deal of attention to safety. Anyone working in the rail, construction or installation industries is inevitably confronted with dangerous situations. The art is to understand how to deal with such risks and assess whether they are acceptable. The safe and healthy working environment and Zero Accidents programmes ensure that safety remains a top priority.

  • We regularly organise safety campaigns.
  • We are working on a Strukton building site standard.
  • We render text redundant by illustrating safety conditions (multiple languages are spoken on site!).
  • We are developing safety check lists.

Code of conduct
Since 1999 we have supported a Code of Conduct (, 592 kB). With the Preferente werkgever (preferential employer) programme, we can better present the fact that Strukton is a great company to work for: a modern employer where safety is awarded top priority and where work is enjoyable because staff training, development and welfare are all awarded lots of attention.

Core values
These aspects are summarised in three core values: initiate, involve and innovate. We take on complex projects others shy away from and, in so doing, maintain close contact with our customers. In order to achieve good results we need to ensure that our people are happy and challenged to utilise, share and further develop their knowledge and talents.

We try to get the best out of everyone in every conceivable way, focusing on technical content and personal skills. In so doing, we take account of everyone’s personal ambitions, wishes and interrelated competencies.
