New construction projects

Strukton is the ideal partner for large complex projects in complex environments, such as stations, hotels, hospitals, offices, schools or student accommodation. Strukton is not only adept at working with innovative contract types such as PPP and DBFMO (Design, Build, Finance, Maintain, Operate), it also has vast experience with safe and sustainable construction and smart maintenance and management solutions. In fact, Strukton already takes the maintenance and management phases into account during the design phase. This leads to choices that produce cost benefits and environmental advantages in the operational phase.

Existing buildings

Strukton also puts new life into existing structures and transforms them into sustainable and modern buildings, either by radically renovating them or by modernising their technical systems. Together with our clients, we try to find the best ways to combine conservation with lower accommodation costs.
